Clinical experience. Industry perspective. A passion for making knowledge useful.
I'm Angela Regier, an occupational therapist, educator, and assistive technology professional.
My nearly 20-year career has taken me from direct clinical practice in neurorehabilitation and wheelchair seating and mobility to roles spanning clinical education, marketing, and product management in complex rehab technology.
Working across those worlds has given me a unique vantage point.
Again and again, I've found myself drawn to the same work:
connecting the dots.
Taking something complex and making it understandable. Finding the practical implications hidden inside the evidence and the technology. Bringing clinical realities into industry conversations. Helping people understand not just what we know, but what we can do with it.
That's the idea behind Practice, Translated.
Behind the comma
The comma in Practice, Translated represents a pause.
The space between what we know and what comes next.
A place to consider what the evidence tells us, what experience has taught us, what technology makes possible, and what matters to the person in front of us.
Because meaningful practice isn't simply about knowing more.
It's about making sense of what we know—and knowing what to do with it.
